AdvanceIT is no longer operating from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. We are now operating as follows:

  • Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Phone Support, Email Support and Callouts)
  • Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Phone Support, Email Support and Callouts)
  • Wednesday: Routine Maintenance Arrangements Only
  • Thursday: Routine Maintenance Arrangments Only
  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Phone Support, Email Support and Callouts)
  • Saturday and Sunday (Emergencies Only)
Clients with support or maintenance arrangments outside of these hours are not affected and will continue to receive our services as arranged.
Please only contact us outside of these hours for emergencies only. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, we are not in the office all day long, so if you are answered by the answering system when you call, please leave your details and a message, so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
